About the Role:

Collaborate in our friendly CHCH team of advisers and support, reporting directly to the Head of Mortgage Operations. Your role is 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday (37.5 hours), and involves:

• Providing high-quality customer service alongside Mortgage Advisers to our clients through their property purchase journey.


• Gathering necessary info from clients and assisting with loan doc preparation.


• Managing client communication, tracking loan progress, and assisting with loan settlements or fixed rate reviews. 


• Building trusted relationships with clients and lenders, enhancing your industry reputation with a respected company.


• Ensuring compliance with requirements. (This is important to us!)


• Working alongside a friendly team in a vibrant, collaborative office!

• Remuneration and Benefits: $65,000-$75,000 p.a (experience dependant) + $7.5K Bonus + 3% Kiwisaver + Car Park + Laptop + Phone + EAP (free counselling)

Skills & Experience:

• Permanent Resident or NZ Citizen (essential)


• Proven experience as a Loan Writer or Adviser Support


• Maybe you hold your NZ Level 5 Cert in Residential Property Lending (not required, but desirable)


• A passion for lending! We grow Loan Writers into Advisers.


• Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with stakeholders (excellent command of English language written and verbal)


• A true people person and admin star (you're organised, positive and efficient)


• You value doing the right thing


• Tech savvy (meetings are 99% Zoom/Teams and we use Trail CRM)
