Adviser Support - Start Immediately

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Administrative support including document preparation and distribution
• Customer service – email, phone and in-person communications
• Record management – database maintenance
• Assist with marketing activities
• General support as directed

Skills and experience

• Banking or financial background with great administrative skills
• Relevant level 5 qualification (preferred or in progress)  
• Tech savvy and proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Be client-centric – provide a high level of customer service
• Have excellent organisational and time management skills
• Have a quality focus with excellent attention to detail
• A desire to grow a successful career

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm in a Central Dunedin location.   

You must be entitled to live and work in New Zealand to be considered for this role.
