Purpose

Cleary Wealth Management is a boutique wealth management advisory company based in the Auckland CBD.  Working in a small team this role provides a breadth of tasks to make every day interesting and varied!  You will be assisting with all client service administration tasks, product and trading tasks while gaining exposure to the fascinating world of portfolio management, investment analysis and global investment markets.   

The Advisor Support role is to provide exceptional assistance, guidance, and information to clients and colleagues.  You will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities are broad and interesting, including:

• Client service
• Product administration
• Onboarding new clients
• Portfolio administration
• Preparing portfolio performance reports 
• Client invoicing
• Investment trading

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

This will appeal to someone who has already honed the following skills:

• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Knowledgeable with Excel (especially formulas)
• Provide clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Some knowledge of investments, financial planning would be advantageous.
