AI Adoption & Enablement Consultant

You will educate, coach, and enable employees to incorporate AI into their day-to-day work, helping them identify practical use cases, improve productivity, and develop effective prompting techniques. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will bridge the gap between technology and people, ensuring AI becomes a valuable business capability rather than just another application.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching on Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and other approved AI platforms.


• Help business teams identify practical AI use cases that improve productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency.


• Teach users how to write effective prompts and get the best results from AI tools.


• Develop AI playbooks, prompt libraries, user guides, and learning materials that employees can easily adopt.


• Support organisational change activities that encourage AI adoption and new ways of working.


• Work with business leaders to identify opportunities where AI can create measurable business value.


• Establish AI champions and communities of practice across the organisation.


• Gather user feedback, measure adoption, and continuously improve enablement programmes.


• Partner with IT, Security, Risk, and Digital teams to ensure AI is used responsibly and in accordance with organisational policies.


• Keep employees informed of new AI capabilities, features, and best practices.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering technology adoption, digital enablement, or organisational change programmes.


• Hands-on experience using Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or comparable enterprise AI platforms.


• Experience delivering training, coaching, or workshops to business users.


• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.


• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI best practices.


• Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, practical business language.


• Strong stakeholder management skills, from frontline staff through to executive leadership.


• Experience creating training content, learning pathways, and user documentation.


• Passion for helping people embrace new technologies and improve the way they work.
