Annuity Lifecycle Specialist - Software Licensing Sales

Our team at is looking for an Annuity Lifecycle Specialist supporting our software licencing vendors accross Australia and New Zealand.

As the Annuity Lifecycle Specialist, you will provide customer quotes, identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities, support external sales representatives, generate reports, and produce forecasts while managing the service renewal mailbox.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our vendors, providing opportunity to grow your knowledge and skillset in a particular technology vendor set
• Provide support across Australia and New Zealand
• Provide customer quotes in a timely and accurate manner
• Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Drive sales closure through negotiation and persuasive communication
• Support and collaborate with our external sales representatives
• Generate reports and provide regular forecast data to both internal and external customers
• Drive margin improvement through effective pricing strategies
• Manage and respond to queries in the service renewal mailbox

Qualifications & Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in customer service and sales
• Provennegotiation skills
• Data analytics and power BI experience an advantage
• Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of pricing and margins
