Skill & Experience required- At least 4 years of experience supporting applications.
- Experience with MS SQL language and tools (essential)
- ITIL and ITSM certification (ideal).
- Proficient in the Atlassian suite of products, including Jira and Confluence.
- Desirable experience in logistics, Transport Management Systems (TMS), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Skilled in support management for bespoke applications, particularly those built on .NET.
