About the role
As Application Support, you will work closely with the Product Owner, Business Analyst, and development team from discovery through to delivery and ongoing support, helping align technical solutions with customer and business goals. You will support customers, contribute to product and testing activities, and act as the subject matter expert for Product Recall New Zealand (PRNZ).
About you
As someone with experience in product environments, you’ll have a background in Application Support or Business Analysis or Testing or Product Specialist (SME). You will be able to understand and analyse requirements with the ability to communicate these to a team of developers. You will also be able to support the development teams while continuing to support the application in production.
