Architectural Designer Specialising in Residential Building Consents

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a tertiary qualification in architecture or equivalent, an LBP Design AoP 2 license, and expertise in ArchiCAD to join our team. If you possess a sound understanding of NZS3604 and New Zealand building codes, along with a proven track record in delivering compliant building consent documentation for multi-residential projects, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:
As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for delivering complete, coordinated, and compliant building consent documentation primarily for single and double-level stand-alone homes across various project sites. Your role will involve managing consultants to ensure project timelines are met and promptly addressing council and construction RFIs. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of diverse construction projects while ensuring regulatory compliance.
 

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in architecture or equivalent
• LBP Design AoP 2 license
• High proficiency in ArchiCAD
• Sound knowledge of NZS3604 and New Zealand building codes
• Proven experience in delivering compliant and accurate building consent documentation for multi-residential projects
• Ability to manage consultants and ensure project timelines are met
• Prompt response to council and construction RFIs
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
