Area Manager, Palmerston North - Leading Industry Pay

City Cleaning Services is a proudly Kiwi owned private cleaning company that is passionate about providing outstanding service. We are a nationwide operation employing over 650 staff providing integrated cleaning services with branches in Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin .

We wish to appoint an Area Manager based in Palmerston North as part of our operational management team. You will also manage clients in the Manawatu, Hawkes Bay, Whanganui, Horowhenua regions. You will lead the operations staff at these sites on a day-to-day basis assuring delivery of quality service performance. Usual hours will be 12noon to 9PM Monday to Friday but may vary based on operational and travel requirements.

The successful candidate will have the following proven competencies;

• Able to multi-task and problem solve
• Proven leadership & team motivation skills
• Planning, time-management & operations skills
• Strong focus on service performance attitude
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (written & verbal)
• Commercial cleaning experience
• IT literate (intermediate level)
• Legal entitlement to work full-time in NZ
• Current 
• Full Class 1 NZ Driver licence (manual & automatic vehicle).
