Asset Data Lead Technician

We’re looking for an Asset Data Lead Technician to join our Maintenance team in Whangārei. You’ll, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality road maintenance outcomes. You’ll lead the process control, integrity, and optimisation of our Asset & Work Management (AWM) systems, making sure our contract data is accurate, and our crews are set up for success.

This role can be full time or part time – minimum 3 days per week.

• Maintain, audit, and improve AWM databases to ensure top-quality contract data and performance

• Develop and implement practical processes to validate, correct, and report on contract information

• Mentor and support colleagues to enhance AWM data capture and team performance

• Liaise closely with project teams, contract managers, and clients to deliver excellent results

• Ideally 2 years’ experience in AWM (formerly RAMM) data management and road maintenance contracts

• Strong Microsoft Office, computer, and data entry skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to work independently, mentor others, and a genuine team focus
