Job Title: Accountant/Assistant Accountant
Base:  Auckland, NZ.
Report to: ACS Finance Manager

Job description:
- Record and monitor foreign currency exchange rates database on the accounting system
- Validate AP invoices and book on the accounting system
- Follow procedures to verify expenses/capital expenditures transactions and liaise with colleagues and suppliers to rectify errors and report it to the management if necessary
- Set a schedule for monthly payment run and arrange daily/weekly payments on time by due dates
- Bank reconciliation
- Maintain fixed assets register
- Monitor and analyze financial data for other overseas branches

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices with 2+ years of accounting experience
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bilingual could be an advantage (English/Korean/Chinese)
