Qualifications & experience

• Ideally CA qualified but not required
• Relevant commercial experience, with experience in Xero
• Highly organised, methodical, and can multi-task and prioritise multiple work streams
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel

Tasks & responsibilities

• Managing and processing supplier Invoices
• End-to-end processing of accounts payable
• Assist in project drawdown process and reconciliation
• GST returns
• AIL returns
• Bank reconciliation
• Month end closing
• Ad hoc finance administration duties
