Job Description

Are you ready to launch your career in Facilities Management with a global leader in real estate services? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Facilities Manager to join our Occupier Services team in Wellington.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone eager to grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service, love solving problems, and want to make a real impact, we want to hear from you. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the strategic direction of client property and lease management programs.
  • Assisting with property inspections, supplier coordination, and service delivery.
  • Helping manage health & safety, risk, and compliance processes.
  • Preparing reports, budgets, and documentation to support client operations.
  • Engaging with clients and stakeholders to deliver best-in-class service.
  • Learning and growing through hands-on experience and structured training.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • A proactive, team-oriented individual with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Good time management and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with technology and database systems.
  • A full NZ driver’s license and flexibility to travel or respond after hours.
