Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

As the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will have oversight of Elements Restaurant, including the bar, room service, meeting & function space. This key leadership role, reporting directly to Food and Beverage Manager, requires a strategic approach to managing operations, optimizing performance, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Elements Restaurant & Bar, ensuring seamless and memorable dining experiences.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
• Lead and develop the Food & Beverage team, fostering a culture of performance, training, and continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain operational standards, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
• Monitor revenue, costs, and budgets to meet financial targets while minimizing waste and maximizing profitability.
• Work with the Culinary team to refine menu pricing, promotions, and offerings that align with guest preferences.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Salary $68,000 - $70,000

• 2-3 years experience in a managerial or supervisor role within restaurant and bar setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage trends.
• Proficiency in hotel management software preferred (Eg: Opera Cloud, Infrasys) and MS Office is advantageous.
