Assistant Manager

They are currently seeking a successful Assistant Manager to run their Hornby Store! 

• $55k+ base salary depending on experience 
• Earn 1% of personal monthly sales

The Job: 

This is a hands-on role and we need someone who has a proven sales performer who is energetic and 100% focused on delivering only the very best results for the brand, your role will include: 

• Driving Sales & KPI Targets both individually and store-based 
• Motivating a team every day by driving a positive culture and customer service 
• Managing promotions and visual merchandising 
• HR Functions - Performance mgmt & recruitment 
• Overseeing all administrative duties including rosters, reporting, stocktake, and stock management.

• Proven results and exp in a similar role in retail

• Ability to multi-task and prioritise deadlines and tasks
