The role: Reporting to the Store Manager, supporting lead a team size of 15. You will oversee people management and be second in charge for the day-to-day runnings of the store, leading the store on Sunday & Monday in your Manager's absence. To be successful in the position you will have a passion for retail and be an expert in customer service, people management and retail operations.
