An existing team with a senior Property Manager, you will be the glue that holds this busy team together!  Exceptional time management, an admin genius and being a good ‘all rounder’ will enable you to succeed in this role.

Your time will be spent co-ordinating this team from the busiest office in our network, as well as spending time out and about in this large property portfolio.

You will already be passionate about the property industry and show a willingness to help our clients succeed on their investment journey through offering best practice, world class property management services with the support of a dedicated management team.

Skilled in negotiations with all you encounter, be it tenants, tradespeople, owners or colleagues, you will have an adaptive communication style and are recognised for your ability to problem solve with ease.  Property Management is being an admin and multi-tasking superstar!

Skills and experience

 

  • Minimum of two years experience in a Property Management role
  • Exceptional time management, organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Flexible, pro-active attitude
  • Experience with industry standard software (Palace, Maintenance Manager, TradeMe, Viewing Tracker, InspectSafe) strongly preferred
  • Full, clean NZ Drivers Licence
