Our Aelia Duty Free store, provides our customers with a wide range of Duty Free products and we are looking for people that have a genuine interest in helping customers shop for all their travel needs!
The role:
Seeking a Full Time Night-Shift Assistant Store Manager at Auckland Airport.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you willprovide friendly, attentive and efficient customer service to our valued customers whilst alsoproviding basic sales & customer service support to your team at your designated store. You will also:
- Obtain the respect and cooperation of team members ensuring a cohesive approach to the provision of services within the operations.
- Set a high example for staff to follow with a “lead from the front” approach.
- Provides feedback to staff in relation to their work and performance
- Actively participate and contribute to team outcomes by preparing all required information, provide recommendations & ideas.
We are looking for someone who can commit to a Tuesday to Saturday roster working from 8:30pm - 5am
To be successful, you will need:
- An ability to engage with our customers and make every transaction magical so that you are leading by example for your team!
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and exceptional presentation standards
- Commitment and accountability to ensure you can manage the stores effectivity in the absence of the Store Manager
- To bring your higher self to work and show respect for others through your words and actions
- To be flexible to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday which may include early morning, late nights, weekends and holidays.
- Valid working rights as well as the ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card
