Mō te Tūranga | About the Role 

We have an exciting opportunity to support our Partner/s around the delivery of exceptional service to our customers. This support will have a credit focus with an emphasis on strong credit writing capability and portfolio risk monitoring.

What are the key day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?

• Providing administrative support to Partners, focusing on credit writing, completing annual reviews, covenant testing.

• Support the Partners with proactive management of their portfolio with the goal of maximising revenue opportunities.

• Analyse financial information and prepare proposals for lending requirements.

• Assist in the credit management as well as the implementation of annual business plans of assigned customer portfolios.

What attributes will this person have in order to be successful?

You'll have experience in financial modelling, credit writing and business banking, however we are also keen to hear from those that are experience Bankers with complex lending experience. A sound understanding of banking principles and document preparation will be a distinct advantage.

You'll demonstrate strong administration and technical skills, but also bring a customer focused attitude and a true talent for building long-term relationships. You will also be a driven individual, a real team player, with the ability to build an effective operating rhythm within our busy environment.  As a natural problem solver, you'll be able to adopt through changes and work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
