What we're looking for:

• Audi Certification or equivalent experience with luxury automotive brands.
• Proven track record as an automotive technician, with a focus on high-quality workmanship.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid NZ driver's license with a clean driving record.

Key skills and attributes:

• Conducting diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Audi vehicles in accordance with Audi standards and guidelines.
• Utilizing advanced diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately identify and resolve vehicle issues.
• Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance services.
• Maintaining accurate records of all service and repair work.
• Staying up to date with Audi technical training and certifications.
• Collaborating with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
• Providing exceptional customer service by clearly communicating vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
