About the role:

As a clinician working within Specsavers Audiology, you’ll focus on delivering personalised hearing care through comprehensive assessments, fittings, and ongoing support. Reporting to the Audiology Partner, you’ll benefit from ongoing clinical support and professional development, while thriving in a fast-paced environment that values initiative, autonomy, and strong relationships with our in-store retail teams.

You’ll be part of the Lower Hutt and Upper Hutt teams, playing an important role in expanding access to quality hearing care across the local community. Working alongside an experienced Audiology Partner and supportive retail teams, you’ll enjoy the flexibility to build a roster that works for you while making a meaningful impact with your patients.

In this Part Time role, you'll work 3–4 days per week, with a core roster of Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and flexibility around the days you work.

Weekend availability is highly regarded, providing an opportunity to support the continued growth of the business and expand our services to the wider community.

Whilst you'll be predominantly based at Lower Hutt, there is also the opportunity to pick up additional shifts at neighbouring Specsavers stores, offering further variety and flexibility throughout your week.

Skills & Experience

In addition to your Certificate of Clinical Competence, number, the successful candidate will possess;

• Strong clinical background with experience in adult rehabilitation including hearing aids


• Strong administrative skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Patient centric approach, demonstrating empathy and delivering compassionate hearing care


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team


• Commitment towards continuous growth and career development
