Audit Manager - Growth-Minded Organization

About the role
We are looking for a smart, professional and well-rounded Manager in our Newmarket office. Working alongside the Partner, you will ensure that the team provides outstanding audit and assurance services to our clients, achieving our business goals and desired culture outcomes.

In this role, you will be focused on activities which result in client retention, talent management and ultimately, enhancing the firm’s reputation. Day-to-day, this includes:

• Managing a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining excellent relationships
• Audit files completed in compliance with mandated methodology to achieve quality files
• Review of audit client files in Caseware
• Prepares proposals and reports
• Assisting with team, workflow, and management
• Assisting the Partners to train and develop team members
• Assisting with the development and implementation of improvements within the practice
