Automation and Workflow Specialist

Ritchies is building a more modern, data-rich transport operation as we transition into an evolving EV environment, including connected vehicles and depots. We are looking for an Automation and Workflow Specialist to remove manual effort from core processes so our teams can focus on higher-value work. This is a hands-on role focused on business process improvement and workflow automation. You will work with operational and support teams to map processes, simplify them, and deliver production-ready automations using Microsoft Power Automate and AI-enabled approaches.

What you will do:

• Identify and prioritise automation opportunities with leaders and frontline teams


• Redesign workflows (current state to future state), then automate using  Automation tools (approvals, notifications, integrations)


• Introduce AI where it adds measurable value (triage, classification, summarisation, extraction), with appropriate controls and oversight


• Implement robust delivery practices: testing, error handling, monitoring, documentation, and handover to BAU support


• Drive adoption through practical training and clear guidance

What we are looking for:

• Proven Power Automate delivery experience in production environments


• Strong process improvement capability (workshops, mapping, redesign, controls)


• Practical, responsible use of AI to accelerate automation outcomes


• Confident stakeholder engagement, including in operational settings

Important: this is not a Power BI analyst or data modelling role.
