About the role

As part of our service team, you’ll take ownership of preparing and painting machines and attachments (new builds and warranty work) to a high standard.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Surface prep and painting across a range of equipment
• Machine detailing and finishing (grooming)
• Managing the paint booth and prep areas
• Ordering paints, materials and consumables
• Completing job paperwork and supporting compliance standards
• Collaborating with workshop teams to deliver quality outcomes

What you bring

• 5 years experience as an automotive refinisher (qualification preferred)
• High attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to self-manage and stay organised
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Physically fit and ready to work in a hands-on environment
