Automotive Technician / Mechanic

We require an experienced senior mechanic to work in our mechanical department to carry out various repairs to our customer's vehicles. Duties:  * Brake and steering repairs * Small electrical repairs * Suspension repairs * Interior repairs * Repairs to running gear * Diagnosing of faults and scanning for issues * Hybrid Battery Diagnostics and Replacement * General mechanical work as required.The successful applicants will need the following skills * Experience in mechanical repairs of over 5 years * Be able to work well with in a team environment. * Be honest and reliable. * Be self motivated and efficient in work procedures. * Be quick and accurate when carrying out duties. * Experience with Hybrid batteries * Have good communication skills, listen and follow instructions, be able to fill in paperwork accurately. * Be punctual and be able to work extra hours when required. * Have a clean Drivers License.Hours of work8.00am to 5.30pm, overtime is required at times.
