Availability Manager - The Warehouse Dannevirke

We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, get stuck into hard work, handle heavy lifting, and lead from the front. This job is physical, fast-paced, and demands real drive — there's a lot of stock and tight deadlines, so it's not for the faint-hearted.

When customers walk through our doors, they should be able to find what they need easily and leave satisfied. That’s where you come in.

As the Availability Manager, you’ll be responsible for the store’s presentation, merchandising, restocking, and recovery — all during the quietest hours to minimize impact on our customers.

You’ll be leading, coaching, and motivating a dedicated Nightfill team, making sure merchandising standards, planograms, and display guides are met. This role requires strong leadership to keep the team focused and the store looking its best. It’s all about creating a safe, positive, and productive work environment where everyone can thrive.

You'll be working Tuesday - Saturday 11:30am - 9pm off peak. Hours may change depending on store opening hours during peak.

We're on the lookout for a natural leader with a can-do attitude and top-notch communication skills.

If you’ve got experience in retail—especially in stock management, merchandising, recovery, and presentation—that’s a huge plus. But more than anything, we want someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
