Position: Baker x 2

Location: Wellington CBD, Wellington

Job Responsibilities:

•             Prepare and bake a wide variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts following our signature recipes and standards.

•             Ensure all baked goods are of the highest quality, appearance, and taste, consistently meeting our customers' expectations.

•             Collaborate with fellow team members to plan and execute daily production, ensuring a fresh and diverse selection of treats.

•             Maintain a clean and organized baking station, following strict hygiene and safety protocols at all times.

•             Assist in developing new recipes and innovative baked goods to keep our offerings exciting and on-trend.

•             Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, answering questions, and offering product recommendations.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience as a skilled baker or pastry cook.

• While a formal qualification is advantageous, your proven expertise is what truly matters to us.

• Proficiency in a wide range of baking techniques and methods that showcase your mastery.

• Precise execution of recipes and instructions, ensuring impeccable consistency in our creations.

• Impeccable attention to detail that transforms ordinary ingredients into extraordinary delights.

• Exceptional time management skills, allowing you to balance multiple baking tasks seamlessly.

• A team player attitude that thrives within our collaborative and supportive bakery environment.

•             Will be on shift hours – Monday-Friday from 3:00 am to 4:00 pm
