This is based in
Wellington Central with great office facilities. The working hours are
2pm - 10pm,
Thursday to Monday. The first 3 weeks will be training 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
This is a temporary 4-month contract (with a possible extension) and is a great opportunity to gain experience in a corporate environment!
Duties include:
- Transactional Monitoring: This function focuses on monitoring credit card transactions and bank accounts. It serves as the primary monitoring tool.
- Alert Assessment: When alerts are triggered, this function evaluates them. If necessary, it initiates escalation procedures.
- Customer Contact: Based on the alerts received, this function handles both internal and external calls. It plays a crucial role in managing customer inquiries and concerns. Managing the after-hours main line. Email inbox for monitoring various queries, including confirming fraud or addressing general inquiries.
Trainability is key for this role, but the following skills are essential for all applicants: - Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- Self-driven work ethic, with a clear focus and defined boundaries
- Problem-solving acumen to secure desired results
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT competence
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks is beneficial but not mandatory.
