Bar Manager

Location: 280 Queen Street

Reports To: General Manager / Venue Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of beverage service and bar management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.

· Hire, train, schedule, and supervise bar staff to ensure excellent service.

· Develop and maintain drink menus, including cocktails, beers, and wines, aligned with current trends and customer preferences.

· Monitor inventory levels, order stock, and control costs to maximize profitability.

· Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.

· Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and efficiently.

· Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation behind the bar.

· Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives, promotions, and events.

· Monitor bar performance through sales analysis and reporting.
