Step behind the bar of Queenstown’s newest luxury dining destination at Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort. Following a full transformation, we are searching for a talented Bar Manager / Mixologist to craft an unforgettable drinking experience that matches the property’s spectacular Lake Wakatipu views.

This is not your average bar role, you’ll lead the creation of a signature cocktail menu, curate a premium spirits selection, and work with our Head Chef to deliver seamless food and beverage pairings. Guests can expect New Zealand’s finest wines, globally sourced distilled spirits, and cocktails that are as memorable as the views.
