What are some of the day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?
What projects / mahi (work) will the candidate be working on now and into next year?
In your first six months as the barista, you will play a key role in supporting the daily rhythm and service standards of the café. You will help maintain the coffee station, fine-tune workflows, and establish consistent quality in every cup. You will work closely with the Hospitality Manager and Café Lead to create a warm, inclusive team culture, build rapport with our colleagues, and adapt to the pace and flow of operations. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional coffee and service while helping support long-term success here at BNZ.
