BaySwim Expression of Interest - On call additional duties (internal applicants only)

BaySwim is seeking Expressions of Interest from team members who would like to take on the additional duty of being part of the BaySwim On Call Team.

This role involves being on call for a one-week period (Monday to Sunday), acting as the first point of contact for BaySwim staff who may be unwell or running late for their shift. The initial responsibility of the On Call team member is to seek a cover staff member, reallocate staff from other shifts or venues, or step in to self-cover where required.

The On Call role plays an important part in supporting our team, ensuring shifts are covered where possible, and maintaining continuity of our programmes for customers.

We are looking for team members who are reliable, approachable, responsive, and confident communicating with staff and problem-solving in real time. You will be on call approximately 1–2 times per term.
