Location flexible - Auckland, Sydney, or Melbourne
Jasmax is looking for a Bid Lead who wants to play closer to the front of the action: shaping pursuit strategy, challenging assumptions, and helping senior teams win the work that defines our next chapter across Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia. Based in Auckland, Sydney or Melbourne, you’ll bring clear judgement, pace and sharp commercial instinct to complex opportunities across architecture, interiors, landscape and urban design, turning great thinking into bids that cut through.
About Jasmax:

You'll work closely with senior leaders to shape win strategy, bring sharp commercial judgement to pricing, risk and positioning decisions, and lead the bid process that turns that thinking into a compelling submission.
You'll bring a strong, well-informed point of view to every conversation. Communicating it tactfully, backing it with confidence under pressure, and staying genuinely open to what others bring to the table. This is a role within a wider strategic team, measured on its impact on Jasmax's growth ambition.
