  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams
Bring together technical, commercial, and leadership stakeholders to produce cohesive, high-impact bid submissions.
  • Drive Client Engagement and Market Positioning
Build strategic client relationships, influence procurement approaches, and proactively align bids to future client needs and opportunities.
  • Oversee Commercial and Risk Management
Integrate pricing, cost modelling, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure value-for-money and commercially sound proposals.
  • Ensure Governance and Compliance
Prepare and manage approval documentation, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks, procurement rules, and internal limits of authority.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement in Bid Processes
Enhance bid methodologies, tools, and frameworks to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency across submissions.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • 5+ years’ experience in bid management, proposals, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Ability to prepare clear, persuasive, and client-focused submission documents and executive summaries.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements, bid governance, and structured submission processes (EOI/RFP).
  • Understanding of pricing, cost structures, risk analysis, and delivering commercially viable solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, align multiple contributors, and deliver outcomes under pressure.
