Billing Specialist Cloud

As our Cloud Billing Specialist, you will be supporting both internal and external clients with billing support for cloud-based software. You will create billing outputs from vendor reporting and internal system data, maintaining high levels of accuracy, and understanding to answer any customer queries and to ensure invoicing is understood or subsequent education provided. You will provide sales operations, analytical and administrative support to facilitate the end to end operational process of billing.

This role is for a fixed term of 12 months with the potential to become permanent.

Deliver a great customer experience for our internal and external stakeholders
* Escalating and following up on emails from customers' inquiries to our internal teams and relaying these updates back to the client
* Understanding of complex billing requirements across multiple vendors and customers
* Become the subject matter expert for our resellers/vendors in delivery of quotation creation, billing invoicing and reporting as required across multiple vendors and services
* License renewal and contract renewal management as required by each Customer and Vendor set
* Reporting as required by GSCS/Regional business
* Operational review preparation as required
* Provide business analytics to meet customer and vendor requirements (both proactively and on request)
* Internal and external sales and operations enablement to understand complex billing models
* Providing daily reports and analysis as identified
* Order Validation, Order Entry and other keying functions as required
* Assist with preparation of swim lanes, flow charts and job aids
* Maintain process documentation and workflows
* End of Month operations tasks as required to assist business unit
* Build business process and application automation as required to reduce manual tasks

* Previous experience in finance, operations or administrational support experience;
* Advanced Excel level to be comfortable dealing with reporting and numbers;
* High level of customer service skills and attention to details;
* To be a a team player, happy to work autonomously and have ownership of their scope;
