Bobbi Brown Counter Manager

We are looking for an experienced Counter Manager to lead our beautiful Bobbi Brown counter.

Beauty for every real – life moment; luxurious makeup that enhances your natural beauty, utilising a diverse range of products, that work hard, stay fresh and give you more impact with less effort.

Your passion for style and beauty, along with your commitment to the highest standards of service will ensure all your clients feel fantastic while running a beautiful cosmetics counter.

You will have a passion for prestigious cosmetics products, while also demonstrating high levels of energy and enthusiasm, coupled with the motivation and commitment to achieve targets. You will be a self-starter with a high standard of personal presentation and a desire to provide outstanding customer service while embracing the positive culture that Ballantynes offers.

You will be adaptable, you will use your initiative to keep on top of tasks, ensuring your area is kept well-presented and stocked. 

Attending product training sessions to expand your knowledge is key for success.

Having a good teamwork ethic along with the flexibility to work across the cosmetics department is essential to assist the wider team when required.

Successful candidate

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• Cosmetic retail experience
• Make-Up Artistry Experience Beneficial.  
• Previous leadership experience
• Reliable, confident and passionate about beauty
• Excellent communication skills
• A professional who takes pride in their standard of work and customer care

This position is a permanent opportunity, working Tuesday to Saturday.
