Bookkeeper - Hiring Immediately

As part of our team at, you’ll step into a full-time hybrid role that combines the best of both worlds. Your mission? To keep those financial gears turning smoothly for our clients. Here’s what you’ll be up to:

• Day-to-Day Bookkeeping: You’ll dive into the nitty-gritty of financial records, ensuring everything adds up neatly.
• Financial Statements: Prepare them like a pro!
• Accounting Software: You’ll be the wizard behind the digital curtain, managing our tools. Primarily Xero. A certification in Xero and prior experience

We’re looking for someone comfortable with working directly with clients as well as being a bookkeeping expert.

• Relevant Certification or Degree: Bonus points if you’ve got one!

Our office is based in Newmarket, right near the Westfield, with on-site parking. As a hybrid role, you will also be able to work from home a few days a week.
