BOUTIQUE MANAGER

THE ROLE

• Proactively communicating with clients in-store and over the phone - bookings/fittings & events.
• Delivering strong sales results, meeting and exceeding targets / KPI's.
• Create exceptional in-store displays and maintain high presentation standards consistent with a luxury brand.
• Providing world-class customer service - customer experience is how you build success for a lifetime in this sector.
• Creative mind and skill with VM and fashionable to wow and inspire
• Supporting the broader team to bring the brand alive in store and at events.

THE RIGHT FIT

To be successful in this role, you will have outstanding expertise in growing a database, nurturing relationships, and a passion for the fashion industry.

You must also have:

• Experience in a sales environment - Preferably high-end women's fashion
• Retail management experience - teams 3+
• Driven to learn new skills
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team
• Sound computer skills, including internet, point of sale
• Confident and outgoing person with a professional appearance
• Ability to quickly build rapport with new and existing clients
• Sound E.Q and a positive attitude
