Boutique Sales Manager - Exciting Challenge

BOUTIQUE SALES MANAGER – OFI Partnership Limited We at OFI are opening a beautiful new natural fibre boutique in Napier/Havelock North and we need a Boutique Sales Manager. This job is based in Hawkes Bay and is a fulltime permanent position. Key tasks and responsibilities: - Maintain daily shop protocol of OFI via product mix, stock levels and service standards - Promote and advertise stock - Merchandise protocols for all of our stores (with assistance) via marketing, purchasing and pricing policies - Sell to and advise customers on products - Update website, Facebook, Google via photos, new stock, available stock - Assist in maintaining records of stock levels and sales/invoices - Process imports to display and distribute throughout our stores - Participate in selection and training of staff - Maintain shop to OFI standards in cleanliness, presentation and background music - Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols - Cover other stores as required Pay range: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour .

Minimum qualifications: NZQF Diploma or three years relevant experience Minimum guaranteed hours: 30 per week The successful applicant must be able to work in New Zealand and be available for work during core store hours of 9.30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Sunday from May to October, and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Sunday from November to April, as designated by the employer.
