Branch & Sales Coordinator

About the Role

We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and technically capable Branch & Sales Coordinator to join our Rotorua team. In this key support role, you’ll work closely with the Branch Manager and service teams to ensure smooth operations, accurate documentation, and a great customer experience from enquiry through to product distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support branch operations through coordination, reporting, and job tracking
• Manage quotation processes, including side notes, photos, and quote generation
• Raise purchase orders and coordinate supplier invoicing
• Create and manage comprehensive work packs and job records
• Respond to and follow up on customer enquiries
• Prepare sales orders, proposals, and customer communication
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients
• Promote and uphold health and safety standards across all activities

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in a customer service experience
• Current and valid New Zealand driver's licence
• Experience in a technical environment, ideally involving hydraulics or similar products
