About You

  • You’re passionate about building B2B brands that deliver strong commercial outcomes. 
  • You are customer-obsessed and experienced in developing medium-term brand and customer experience strategies aligned with business objectives, ideally within the telco, technology, or service industry. 
  • An innovative thinker and creative problem-solver, you enjoy developing unique brand positioning, messaging, and customer engagement strategies.
  • You’re comfortable leading research programmes to gather insights into customer behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscape including experience in developing customer journey maps. 
  • You have a proven track record of identifying and leveraging sponsorships, partnerships, and events to enhance brand visibility and engage with target audiences.
  • You’re a strong collaborator, comfortable with working cross-functionally to deliver great brand and customer experience outcomes.
