About this job… As a Brewery operator you will play a key role in producing iconic New Zealand & International brands: Operating and executing Brewery operational processes on plant and machines to a high level in line with the standards and procedures. Executing the Brewery production plan to schedule Executing required quality checks in line with the standards and procedures for all production activities across the Brewery. Actively involved in optimizing Brewery performance using continuous improvement practices, DB Breweries uses TPM Methodology Working according to Heineken Safety, Food Safety & Sustainability standards. The Brewery operates on a 24hr rotational roster, and this role operates on a rotating shift of mornings (6:00am – 2:00pm), afternoons (2:00pm – 10:00pm), and night shift (10:00pm to 6:00am) About you… Minimum secondary education and either Tertiary Level qualification (Level 4+ in Science, Maintenance, Engineering), or 2-3 years shop floor experience, including continuous improvement in FMCG Operations/Maintenance Preference for experience in: Brewing / Biotechnology / Maintenance / FMCG TPM/ lean/ six sigma We wanted to send a friendly reminder that you don't have to be the perfect match on paper to be the perfect fit for us here at DB Breweries.
