Our Third-Party team is seeking a highly motivated, and results-driven individual to join our team as a Broker Operations Support person.

About the role

The primary purpose of the role is to provide centralised processing of Adviser/broker-initiated requests, some retention and enquiries support. The role will also provide administration support to the Third-Party team to meet bank standards and service levels.

Who are you?

You will have previous experience managing daily operational requirements that includes workflow management and ensuring turnaround times related to processing of leads are met to maintain suitable operating rhythm.

You will demonstrate ability to support the implementation of process improvements and able to identify and proactively report operational risks to ensure these are managed appropriately.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Third-Party team and assisting in processing Adviser loan applications via Dynamics.
  • Prompt reporting of adviser or customer concerns and complaints, as well as ensuring timely resolution in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures
  • Managing Adviser commission, accreditation, quality assurance reviews and other enquiries 
  • Ensuring TSB meets its regulatory requirements by complying with relevant legislative requirements such as CCCFA, Property Law Act, & the Code of Banking Practice, etc.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Previous experience in the financial services industry is essential.
  • Previous experience working with Broker/Third Party businesses.
  • Strong administration experience, ideally, within a medium to large sized organisation.
