We're growing fast, and we're looking for an exceptional Business Advisor to join our team.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional accounting role. As a Business Advisor at BOM, you'll own a portfolio of client relationships, deliver meaningful advisory outcomes, and play a central role in growing the firm. You'll work alongside a high-performing team in a fully remote environment with real autonomy, real support, and a clear pathway to senior leadership and equity.

We're open to the right person entering the pathway at a level that reflects their experience, including a higher base for a strong candidate who is ready to hit the ground running.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage a portfolio of business advisory clients


• Deliver impactful advisory sessions focused on growth, profit, and personal wealth


• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships across accounting, bookkeeping, and financial planning


• Collaborate with our delivery team (accountants and bookkeepers) to ensure clients receive a seamless, high-quality experience


• Contribute to the growth and culture of the firm
  
  

What We're Looking For

• A recognised professional qualification (CA or equivalent) or strong equivalent commercial experience


• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver advisory outcomes


• Commercial acumen, real business experience and genuine curiosity about business, ideally owned a business or been heavily involved in building one.


• Confidence working independently in a remote environment


• A growth mindset, you want to build something, not just maintain it
