About the role:
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to partner with our Director of IT, supporting US Commercial Operations. You’ll improve processes, enhance systems, and ensure platforms effectively support customer onboarding, order processing, distribution, and sales. You’ll drive efficiency through automation and integrations, while also supporting Sales and Marketing with lead generation, sales operations, and customer insights.
Key responsibilities:
Identify and improve business processes and data management
Document current and future processes
Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements
Lead the delivery of automation, integrations, and system enhancements
Troubleshoot system and workflow issues
Maintain key platforms (e.g. Salesforce, QAD)
Develop training materials and support internal users
Assist in IT project delivery
Work with vendors to support system performance and drive solutions delivery
Contribute to reporting and project KPIs
What we’re looking for: We’re looking for someone with 5+ years’ experience in a similar role. In your previous roles, you have developed strong business analysis skills, with experience mapping and improving processes. You have proven experience in gathering business requirements and performing testing, along with the following:
Ability to translate complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions
Working experience with Salesforce platform
Knowledge of API design and API best practice
Experience working with enterprise systems and integrations
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Proactive, dependable, and collaborative approach
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and professionally
