You will work within complex enterprise ecosystems, owning the bridge between business strategy and technical execution to create human-centered experiences.

Key Responsibilities

 Strategic Analysis & Solution Design

• System Discovery: Deeply analyze clients' existing systems and business models.


• Option Assessment: Identify potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability.


• Requirements Architecture: Conduct requirements analysis and translate needs into highly specified project briefs and proposals.


• System Mapping: Map and document complex interfaces between legacy and new systems.


• Reporting: Produce project feasibility and costing reports to guide executive decision-making.

Technical Delivery & Lifecycle Management

• SDLC Expertise: Apply a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle to all projects.


• Testing & Quality: Draw up, supervise, and document comprehensive testing schedules for complete systems.


• Implementation & Migration: Oversee the rollout of new systems, including high-stakes data migration and system updates.


• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with developers, testers, and end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.

 Client Engagement & User Support

• Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for extensive communication with internal and external clients.


• Presentations: Confidently present proposals and project updates to stakeholders.


• Training: Provide training sessions and create detailed user manuals for new systems.


• Change Management: Support users through change control processes and system updates.

 Project Governance & Professional Growth

• Operations: Ensure budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met through flexible, urgent planning.


• Innovation: Keep up to date with technical and industry developments.


• Knowledge Sharing: Participate in educational opportunities, professional organisations, and personal networks to continuously update job knowledge.
