The Role:In this position, you will collaborate with stakeholders from various business units across all offices. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, writing technical documentation, conducting workshops, managing change, and more.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential in role to collaborate and involve members from different divisions of the business and/or areas of expertise, with the ability to work on multiple projects and priorities with a focus on delivering results.
What you bring to the team: - Collaborative working style, with a commitment to the customer experience and understanding of human centered design approaches.
- Experience developing and using analysis techniques e.g, process modelling, story maps, facilitation workshops.
- Understanding of agile product development methodologies and project management approaches, methodologies, tools including Agile and Scrum
- Strong analytical and problem- solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience supporting product planning, forecasting, product launches, go to market plans and optimisation.
- Creating and maintaining application and system documentation and product development artifacts.
- Knowledge of product and software development lifecycle
- Building positive relationships across the team and stakeholders
