Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in their upgrade from onPrem to cloud. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business process mappings, preparing end-user documentation, creating test scripts, and delivering training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Analyst, you will be at the heart of our client's ERP project, responsibilities as follows:

• Develop and maintain process mapping, document changes, perform data analytics, and support data reconciliation
• Design and deliver training programs, provide post-launch support, and facilitate workshops
• Engage in post-implementation reviews, collect feedback, and promote continuous improvement
• Build strong stakeholder relationships while preparing and executing test scripts

Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role brings experience supporting ERP upgrades and cloud technologies as well as having the following:

• An understanding of accounting and finance processes and the interaction of those processes
  with wider business processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
• Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio.
• Experience with process mapping tools to reflect workflows, controls, and user groups
