Are you an experienced Business Analyst passionate about turning complex challenges into practical solutions?


 


Do you excel at engaging with stakeholders and identifying business needs to drive impactful change?


 


If so, we want you to join our Service Improvement and Delivery team! 


 


You’ll join the Service Improvement and Delivery business unit, the delivery engine for Service Delivery, accountable for service improvement and change implementation. The team brings together operational and support functions with planning, sequencing, and execution of business change, policy implementation, and system enhancements. You’ll be part of a delivery team, working on initiatives across an income, employment, or housing lens.

As a Business Analyst in this role, you will:


 


•  Lead workshops and facilitate meetings to gather business requirements and define project scope.


•  Develop clear, detailed business requirements documents and user stories for technology teams.


•  Analyse current-state processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.


•  Collaborate with technology teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements.


•  Contribute effectively to major project teams, including identifying risks, planning, and achieving targeted outcomes.


•  Share knowledge with others to strengthen team capability.


•  Build and maintain strong working relationships across various stakeholders.


 


 


 


We are seeking experienced Business Analysts with:


 


•  Proven experience working in an Agile environment and an ability to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced settings.


•  Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and developing user stories.


•  The ability to translate complex business problems into clear, practical solutions and collaborate effectively with technology teams.


•  Familiarity with tools and technologies such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or equivalent systems.


•  Strong communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.


•  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a structured, methodical approach.
