  • Work closely with technical teams to clarify requirements and confirm feasibility

  • Identify and propose workarounds where possible before escalating gaps

  • Engage with the project architect to validate solution design and identify product enhancements where the requirement cannot be met natively or configured on the project

  • Support development, system testing, and UAT to ensure solutions meet design intent

  • Engage with the data migration team to incorporate any data model changes back onto the designs

Project Support & Product Ownership

  • Act as a Scrum Product Owner, including:

  • Managing stakeholder requirements and representing end users

  • Defining and communicating the project vision

  • Maintaining and prioritising the project backlog

  • Reviewing user scenarios and writing acceptance criteria

  • Actively participating in sprint ceremonies

  • Leading sprint refinement sessions and supporting sprint reviews

  • Manage project documentation and change requests throughout the project lifecycle

  • Ensure scope changes and cost variations are documented and actioned appropriately

  • Collaborate closely with customers, delivery teams, product teams, and Project Managers

Training, Testing & Support

  • Support testing and quality assurance activities

  • Deliver client training (oneonone, group, classroom, and online)

  • Continuously improve training materials based on feedback

  • Provide posttraining support and assistance

  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives for existing applications

  • Support investigation and resolution of system defects

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
